This week, we focused on optimizing the growth medium for E. coli K-12 strains.

Observations

• Day 1: Inoculation was successful.
• Day 2: OD600 reached 0.6 within 4 hours.
• Day 3: Protein expression induced with IPTG.

Results look promising for the upcoming purification steps.
